Senior Information Security Manager at illumin

Lead information security and IT at illumin in Toronto. This hybrid role focuses on enhancing security practices, compliance, and corporate IT operations. As the new Senior Manager, Information Security and IT, you will report to the CITO and lead illumin's information security program while managing corporate IT. Your core responsibilities include strengthening governance, managing cyber risks, ensuring compliance, and responding to incidents. This role empowers you to make impactful decisions that enhance security at a transformative company. Key Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the information security program
• Drive compliance with SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA
• Oversee identity and access management and security monitoring
• Lead cybersecurity incident response preparation and execution
• Develop the corporate IT team and ensure technology effectiveness

Requirements:

• Progressive experience in information security and corporate IT
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and compliance
