Deine Aufgaben
telefonische proaktive Ansprache von Neu-und Bestandskunden
Angebote zu attraktiven Verlagsprodukten und Abos vorstellen
Kunden gewinnen mit engagierter, positiver und dynamischer Gesprächsführung
Nachbereitung der Gespräche und Pflege der Kundenstammdaten
Dein Profil
sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
PC-Anwendungen (z.B. MS Office) sind keine Herausforderung für dich
Verkaufen ist deine Stärke und es fällt dir leicht, andere zu überzeugen
du hast Spaß daran, Kunden für das passende Produkt zu begeistern
der Umgang mit unterschiedlichsten Charakteren ist für dich keine Herausforderung, sondern Abwechslung
du brennst für den Vertrieb und hast ein Gespür dafür, das Beste aus deinem Produkt herauszuholen
idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Call Center Umfeld
