Part-Time Operations Support Representative

Become a vital part of Purolator as a Part-Time Operations Support Representative. Work Monday to Friday, assisting with package processing and customer inquiries to resolve delivery issues. In this role at Purolator, you will work 15 hours per week, focusing on package information retrieval and organizing freight. The job involves using Salesforce to track shipments and addressing delivery challenges. Candidates must be proficient in English and have a basic understanding of operations management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers for package information and issue resolution
  • Scan, sort, and reorganize undelivered freight
  • Prepare packages for redelivery, including labeling
  • Inspect and handle damaged packages meticulously
  • Audit arrivals and communicate delays to management
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 months customer service experience
  • Knowledge of operations management and procedures
  • Physical capability to lift up to 70 pounds
  • Proficient in English communication
  • Strong organizational skills for freight handling
