Chief Negotiator And Labour Relations Leader Greater Sudbury

Take charge as the Chief Negotiator and Labour Relations Manager for a well-established organization. Shape collective bargaining strategies and enhance labour relations within a unionized setting. In this senior leadership role, you will guide negotiations and manage labour relations issues, acting as a vital advisor to upper management. Key Responsibilities
- Lead negotiations and develop effective bargaining strategies
- Manage grievance matters and prepare for arbitrations
- Maintain solid relationships with union representatives
- Advise leaders on employee performance and compliance practices
- Analyze metrics to support informed decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least 8 years of labour relations experience in a unionized setting
- Experience in leading bargaining negotiations
- Comprehensive knowledge of labour legislation
- Solid negotiation and communication skills
