Enterprise Risk Management Analyst

Mount Pleasant Group

Enterprise risk management expertise meets compliance analysis at Mount Pleasant Group’s Head Office, supporting governance, reporting, and informed decisions.

This permanent full-time analyst coordinates risk activities across Mount Pleasant Group. The work covers risk assessments, compliance monitoring, governance frameworks, and business continuity planning. You will collaborate with business leaders, committees, and senior leadership to identify vulnerabilities, track mitigation, and strengthen organizational resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate Enterprise Risk Management activities, reporting, and committee support
Maintain risk registers, assessments, dashboards, and mitigation updates
Conduct compliance reviews and investigate emerging organizational risks
Develop business continuity and emergency response plans
Recommend governance, control, and resilience improvements

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in a related discipline
Three to five years of progressively responsible relevant experience
Experience developing frameworks, policies, procedures, and governance practices
Strong analytical, judgment, communication, and presentation skills
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
