Were looking for an agile member-service ambassador to come on board as a temporary part-time Financial Service Representative in Rocanville! You will be the first point of contact for members and will provide them with everyday banking services and products to meet their immediate needs. As a part-time Financial Services Representative, you will work 30-35 hours per week based on business needs. This temporary contract ends December 31, 2026.
How youll be spending your time Assisting members with day-to-day banking services such as bill payments, deposits, withdrawals and much moreProactively identifying and responding to members needs to empower members to achieve what matters to them
Learning additional aspects of branch actions from opening accounts and wire transfers, to completing simple credit card applications to help fill in any gaps on a day to day basis
Uncovering opportunities to refer members to Financial Advisors to further develop and strengthen relationships
Adhering to policies and procedures to ensure compliance within the industry The way people describe you An engaging person, who builds trust and working relationships with ease
