Formulation Chemist (Drug Product) - Eurofins CDMO Alphora, Inc.

Formulation Chemist needed to support oral drug product development from concept through GMP manufacturing at a CDMO. The role combines bench-scale formulation design, process scale-up, technology transfer, and production support in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute formulation development studies at bench scale
- Lead process development, scale-up activities, and technology transfer to GMP
- Support and participate in GMP production operations
- Draft protocols, batch records, and GMP documentation including SOPs
- Troubleshoot formulation and process issues to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Chemistry/Engineering with 5+ years pharma experience, or PhD with 2-3 years
- Strong knowledge of drug product development and GMP requirements
- Hands-on experience with oral dosage equipment and manufacturing technologies
- Proven track record delivering multiple successful projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet project timelines
Compensation: $75,000 CAD base
