Sr Consultant Hr Systems Sept Îles Sept Iles (Sept-Iles)

As part of the Government of Canada’s enterprise-wide transformation of its HR and pay systems, Insight Global is seeking a Consultant, HR Systems specializing in Reporting to support the final build, testing, and implementation of the Dayforce platform. This role is part of a broader delivery team led by two leading consulting firms acting as Joint Service Integrators.

This position focuses on Dayforce reporting across Talent, Recruiting, and Learning modules, playing a key role in delivering accurate, actionable insights to support business operations and decision‑making throughout the transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support as a Dayforce Reporting Specialist, building and maintaining reports across Talent, Recruiting, and Learning modules
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions
• Develop and support standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and data extracts within Dayforce
• Assist with data validation and testing activities (SIT/UAT) to ensure reporting accuracy and integrity
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, data visibility, and user experience
• Collaborate with Joint Service Integrators and cross‑functional teams to support delivery against program timelines
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge‑sharing efforts related to reporting processes and tools

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1–2+ years of experience working with HRIS/HCM systems or data/reporting environments
• Experience with Dayforce reporting across Talent, Recruiting, or Learning modules preferred
• Robust understanding of data, reporting structures, and basic analytics principles
• Experience supporting system implementations or transformation initiatives is an asset
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into reporting outputs
• Ability to work in a rapid‑paced, collaborative setting
