Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled, passionate, and autonomous Senior Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, building, and scaling our core platforms.

As a senior member of the team, you won’t just write code—you will help architect complex systems, mentor junior and mid-level engineers, and collaborate closely with product management to translate business requirements into robust, technical realities. Core Responsibilities

Architecture & Development: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable code for [backend / frontend / full-stack] systems.

System Scaling: Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security to support a growing user base.

Code Quality: Lead by example by writing clean, well-tested, and well-documented code. Spearhead code reviews and establish engineering best practices.

Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and DevOps to scope, estimate, and deliver impactful features in an agile framework.

Problem Solving: Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical bottlenecks and production issues.

Requirements & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.

Core Language Expertise: Strong proficiency in [Insert Primary Languages, e.g., Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, C#].

Frameworks & Libraries: Hands-on experience with [Insert Frameworks, e.g., React, Node.js, Spring Boot, Django].
