As part of Baker Tilly's dynamic Tax practice, you will manage multi-faceted indirect tax engagements within a collaborative environment. Applicants should have 8+ years of progressive indirect tax experience and hold a CPA designation. Your role will entail serving as a trusted advisor while developing your team's skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct indirect tax advisory engagements including compliance and legislation
• Advise clients on transactional planning and tax strategies
• Supervise compliance and audit engagements
• Cultivate strong client rapport and trust
• Mentor team members and contribute to their growth
Requirements:
• CPA designation required
• Extensive experience in Canadian indirect tax
• Strong understanding of tax implications in M&A
• History of managing complex projects
• Proven ability to enhance practice growth
