Lead digital strategy across Energy & Resources with expertise in AEC technologies, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. Regular in-office presence is required in North America.Stantec’s Digital Practice Leader advances technology, process changes, and automation across the Energy & Resources Business Operating Unit. This individual contributor role guides digital transformation, supports business outcomes, and collaborates with innovation, information technology, and practice leaders. The position influences digital delivery, solution development, and practice support.Key Responsibilities:
Establish Energy & Resources technology strategyAssess digital initiatives, budgets, business cases, and return on investmentLead governance, security, privacy, and transformation controlsFacilitate collaboration across business units and stakeholdersDevelop digital standards, inventories, training, and change initiativesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant practice areaOver seven years of professional experienceComprehensive understanding of AEC digital technologiesExperience implementing enterprise-wide digital practice projectsTechnical certifications relevant to the positionShape Stantec’s Energy & Resources digital direction through strategic leadership, analytics, automation, and secure technology implementation.
