Your Responsibilities As a Client Relations Representative, you'll be an important part of our customer experience team, meeting with homeowners and helping them explore solutions to improve their homes. Your responsibilities will include: * Attending company-scheduled appointments with homeowners. * Conducting basic in-home quality assessments using company-provided training and equipment. * Educating customers about our Canadian-made home improvement and water treatment products. * Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions. * Building positive relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. * Representing H2O4Life professionally and maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For We're looking for positive, dependable individuals who enjoy interacting with people and are eager to develop new skills.
