Key Responsibilities
- Implement and enhance the Enterprise Risk Management framework
- Drive annual enterprise risk assessment processes
- Prepare risk reports for executive leadership and the Board
- Partner with business leaders to identify and assess risks
- Facilitate enterprise risk workshops and discussions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or Finance
- 8+ years in enterprise risk or internal audit
- Experience in board-level reportingSkilled certification preferred (FRM, CIA, CPA)
- Solid grasp of COSO and ISO 31000 frameworks
