- Supervise and schedule the duties of staff.
- Directing the training/retraining of new and old employees.
- Ensuring that employees follow proper cash control procedures and maintain rules and regulations.
- Handling the customer complaints and maintain the food safe procedures as per the companies standards.
- Maintain records of stocks,
- Order Stocks(Food-Paper) from the suppliers
- Maintain Records of sales.
- Maintain wastage counts.
- Scheduling and other management task like counting deposits, food cost analyses labour cost
