This full-time role requires fluency in French and English to effectively support client inquiries and financial goals. - Build client relationships through effective engagement
- Provide in-depth knowledge of mutual fund offerings
- Process transactions for mutual fund accounts accurately
- Address client concerns proactively and responsibly
- Promote additional investment solutions relevant to client needs
- Valid CIRO certification required
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
- Dedicated workspace suitable for remote work
- Proven experience in client interactions and service
- Ability to engage clients empathetically and professionally
