National Director of Business Development

Lépine Marketing Inc.

Lead business development for a national law firm as the National Director. Drive revenue growth while fostering client relationships and team success across Canada. As an experienced business development leader, you will report directly to the executive team. Your expertise in strategic planning and client engagement will be crucial for implementing the firm’s development strategy, analyzing market opportunities, and mentoring team members to achieve impactful results. Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage the national development strategy
Discover market opportunities and prioritize sectors
Enhance client relationships with strategic partners
Direct key client pitches and proposals
Analyze market performance metrics

Requirements:

Ten years of experience in business development
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is preferred
Demonstrated success with senior clients
Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
Expertise in CRM and Microsoft Office
