Pay : $25-30/hr (based on experience) 
Location: Gunton, Manitoba

Overview

We are seeking a full-time Human Resources & Payroll Administrator to join our team in Gunton, Manitoba. This role provides hands-on HR and payroll support to employees, supervisors, and management. The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll administration, employee relations, confidential records management, and HR coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support to management, supervisors, and employees, including employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Administer payroll processes and ensure accurate, timely payroll processing.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, documentation, and HR files.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, disciplinary processes, terminations, and other HR-related procedures.
  • Manage and coordinate employee group health benefits administration.
  • Support HR policies, procedures, and general administrative activities.
  • Utilize Powerpay, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks to support payroll, reporting, and administrative functions.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling employee information.
  • Provide strong organizational support and effective communication across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • HR/Payroll certificate or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Experience with payroll administration and HR processes.
  • Knowledge of Powerpay, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and handle confidential information.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
