Print Production Level 2

Our client, a leading organization in the printing and production industry, is seeking a Print Production Level 2 to join their team. As a Print Production Level 2, you will be part of the production department supporting customer satisfaction and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Print Production Level 2

Location: Richmond, BC

Pay Rate: $21/hr

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

What's the Job?

• Operate and maintain high-volume digital printing equipment, including Xerox Primelink printers
• Perform printing and insertion services to meet customer specifications
• Review and approve proofs to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded
• Assist with inserting multiple documents into envelopes and programming jobs into insertion equipment
• Support delivery operations as a backup driver, including occasional driving in Richmond and Vancouver areas

What's Needed?

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate large digital equipment
• Experience with print production environments and relevant equipment/software
• Ability to detect production inconsistencies and quality issues
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
