At Cold Bore, we seek a motivated Senior Financial Accountant to support operations across Canada and the U.S. This position involves maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reporting packages, and ensuring compliance with IFRS standards. You'll play a key role in conducting cost analysis and assisting in budget preparation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities: • Prepare monthly and annual financial reporting packages • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS) • Perform project tracking and variance analysis • Support strategic financial decision-making • Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives

Requirements: • 2+ years of progressive accounting experience • Strong knowledge of accounting principles • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas) • Experience with Sage Intacct is an asset • Solid communication and analytical thinking skills
