Campground Manager

We are looking for a reliable experienced hands on manager to oversea and run our busy campground and restaurant.

This is a working management role -perfect for someone who enjoys leading a team while staying actively involved in day to day service.

You will be responsible for keeping the business services running smoothly, ensuring guests have a good experience and supporting the team in a sometimes fast paced environment.

Duties will include but not limited to:

Daily reconciliations, scheduling, inventory control, maintain food quality and cost control, ensure compliance with food handling and safety standards.

Create a positive, fun and friendly team culture. Food prep-cleaning-yard work-maintenance-housekeeping-driving-waste control-staff management-guest information services and retail services when needed.

You must have be able to handle guest concerns and staff issues.

You must be willing to step into any staff role to lend a hand when needed, and handle busy times with calm. Must be willing to work flexible hours and shifts. Living on the campground a must.
