Description of Activities & ResponsibilitiesAs a Financial Insurance Representative, you will build relationships with individuals, families, and business owners to help them achieve financial security. Your responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, conducting discovery meetings, recommending insurance and financial solutions, and providing exceptional ongoing service. You'll have the opportunity to build your own business while helping clients with life insurance, investments, mortgages, and retirement planning.
RequirementsWe are looking for ambitious, coachable individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who are committed to building a rewarding career. Sales, customer service, business development, or financial services experience is an asset. Candidates must hold an LLQP license or be willing to obtain one with our support.
TrainingYour success is our priority. Our Advisor Training School combines practical sales training, mentorship, coaching, and ongoing professional development to help you build confidence and grow your business. From licensing support to experienced leaders and continuous learning opportunities, you'll have the resources you need to succeed from day one.
