1:1 Caregiver for Polyhandicapped/Special needs adult boy

See also our add for weekend help. We are looking for a capable reliable person to function as our son's caregiver and companion late afternoons on weekdays after his day program is ended. Our son is 23 but very small- 5 ft 105lbs due to his syndrome-- Xia-Gibbs. He is poly handicapped-- having severe intellectual and physical limitations. He is very people focused (almost the opposite of austistic). So someone needs to be able to help him with all tasks, talk to him and do the simple things he likes to do. We have a detailed document on our son and his care which we can share. Thursdays the person would also accompany us (our car) to his physio appointment and back as he needs someone in the car with him (Part-Time, Live-Out) For day (nanny-attendant)
