Sous la supervision de la direction, le ou la coordonnatrice de bureau joue un rôle clé dans le bon fonctionnement des opérations administratives quotidiennes de l’entreprise.
La personne en poste assure le soutien administratif général, le suivi de certaines tâches comptables de base ainsi que la coordination de diverses activités liées aux commandes, aux transports et aux suivis clients et fournisseurs.
Nous recherchons une personne organisée, débrouillarde et polyvalente, capable de gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément dans un environnement en mouvement.
Responsabilités principales
Facturation et tâches comptables simples
- Effectuer la facturation et les suivis de paiements.
- Participer à la gestion des comptes payables et recevables.
- Effectuer certaines entrées de données comptables.
- Préparer les informations nécessaires pour la paie.
- Assurer le suivi administratif de certains dossiers financiers.
Coordination et logistique
- Planifier et céduler les transports et livraisons.
- Organiser les expéditions et l’envoi de colis.
- Effectuer les suivis de commandes auprès des fournisseurs.
- Préparer des bons de commande (PO) et effectuer certaines commandes d’achats.
- Participer au suivi des dénonciations et documents administratifs de chantier.
- Coordonner différentes demandes internes selon les priorités opérationnelles.
Administration et soutien de bureau
- Effectuer diverses tâches administratives et de bureau au quotidien.
- Assurer le suivi des courriels, documents et dossiers administratifs.
- Préparer, classer et maintenir différents documents à jour.
- Assurer le support administratif pour lors d’embauche, terminaison, gestion de l’assurance collective, vacances, etc.
- Offrir un soutien administratif aux différents départements.
Exigences du poste
Formation
- DEP, AEC ou expérience pertinente en administration, bureautique ou comptabilité.
Expérience
- Expérience dans un poste administratif ou de soutien de bureau.
- Expérience avec la facturation ou les payables/recevables (atout).
- Expérience dans un environnement de construction ou manufacturier (atout).
Compétences recherchées
- Excellente organisation et gestion des priorités.
- Polyvalence et autonomie.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique.
- Bon sens du suivi et souci du détail.
- Facilité à communiquer avec les clients et fournisseurs.
- Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Esprit d’équipe et attitude positive.
- Bilinguisme français / anglais (atout).
