Industrial Cleaner/Lead Hand

We are looking for an individual local to Hanna to join and lead our existing crew. This project-based position involves an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday. Additional hours may be available during shutdowns. This is a working lead position. Responsible for crew time submission for payroll. Submission of daily FLHA and all relevant safety documentation. Clean and disinfect high traffic areas. Maintain, clean and ensure sanitary conditions in all areas such as trailers, washrooms, hallways. Empty trash cans and other waste containers. Operate forklift as needed. Assist with light labour when required.
Requirements:
- Must be local to Hanna
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to site
- Must have janitorial experience
- Operating a forklift is a definite asset
- Experience in an Industrial setting is preferred
- Experience leading a small crew is preferred
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
