Quality Control Associate

Main Functions

Join the quality control team in Montreal to support production activities and QC method development projects.

The key responsabilities are:

• Production sample testing;
• fermentation, enzyme, antimicrobial, microbiological, physical and chemical assays;
• method development;
• literature review;
• experimental design;
• method validation;
• shelf-life studies;
• compliance with safety, GMP, GLP and SOPs.

Technical skills

Required

• Master's degree in Fermentation Technology, Microbiology or Biotechnology;
• Laboratory techniques, particularly microbiological methods;
• Microsoft Office proficiency;
• Fluent French and English;
• Broad knowledge of analytical techniques;
• Experience in fermentation technologies (brewing/distilling);

An asset

• Experience with enzymes and antimicrobials.
