Responsibilities

• Perform various management activities within the department.
• Define objectives, communicate expectations, and provide continuous feedback to coach the team to achieve results.
• Manage purchases, inventories, price lists, marketing, salaries, and productivity in accordance with established standards to ensure business readiness.
• Apply and respect the budgets related to the department.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or college degree, with a preference for management experience.
• Experience as a department manager is a plus; current store employees are encouraged to apply and will receive training.
