Nanny Wanted - English Language Mentor Wanted For Active 2yo In South Surrey

We are a family living in South Surrey. We are looking for an educated, preferably ECE-qualified nanny who can become a key partner in our child's early development. About Our Little One:
- Age: 2 years old.
- Language Background: He has been raised in a 100% Mandarin-speaking environment. He is expressive and curious but has had very limited exposure to English so far.
- Personality: He is a bit shy at first but loves all kinds of cars and being outdoors. He is very active and has a great imagination.
- Current Milestone: He is at the "language explosion" stage in Mandarin and is ready to begin his/her English immersion journey.
- Our primary goal is to introduce English in a natural, play-based way. We are not looking for a "babysitter" to just watch him/her; we are looking for a "Language Mentor" who:
- Uses full immersion (English only) during working hours.
- Engages him/her in sensory play, storytelling, and structured activities.
- Can confidently manage the whole session, keeping the child engaged and happy while we are at home or not.
