Sales Development Representative

Optimize is seeking a Sales Development Representative to help drive business growth by identifying prospects, generating leads, and creating new sales opportunities. You will research potential clients, conduct outreach, nurture relationships, and support our sales team in connecting businesses with our web design, web development, and digital marketing solutions.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
Conduct outreach through email, phone, and social media.
Create personalized messaging to engage prospects and generate interest.
Qualify leads based on client needs and business fit.
Schedule meetings and demos with qualified prospects.
Nurture relationships through consistent follow-ups and relevant communication.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activities, lead progress, and pipeline status.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and Optimize services.
Continuously improve skills through training and professional development.

Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Experience in sales development, business development, or a similar role is an asset.
Experience in digital marketing or web development industries is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent research, analytical, and relationship-building abilities.
