Lead Mars Wrigley employee communications with polished presentations, executive messaging, and engaging storytelling across Canada and North America. Build understanding through consistent communication.This Internal Communications Manager partners with the Internal Communications Director, Inclusion and Diversity, and People & Organization teams. You will support Mars Wrigley strategy and engagement, connect Associates with company vision, and communicate the Canadian agenda. Success requires five-plus years in corporate internal communications and strong organizational agility.Key Responsibilities:
Co-create Mars Wrigley communications strategy and engagementPartner with Leadership Team members on messagingCoordinate agendas, speakers, presentations, and surveysEnsure messages remain consistent and timelyStory-mine offices, sales teams, and factoriesRequirements:
Degree or equivalent, preferably Business or CommunicationsExcellent speechwriting, intranet writing, and storytelling skillsAbility to work across management levels and personalitiesStrong presentation skills and professional composureAbility to handle multiple concurrent projectsUse executive communications, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen Mars Wrigley’s Associate engagement across Canada.
