What Your Days Will Look Like

Proposal Strategy & Positioning

• Support the definition of win strategy in collaboration with Sales and business leaders
• Analyze RFP requirements, evaluation criteria, and client priorities
• Shape clear and differentiated value propositions aligned with client needs and risk context
• Ensure alignment between proposed solutions, operational capabilities, and pricing strategy

Proposal Development & Writing 

• Develop clear, structured, and compelling proposal content tailored to each opportunity
• Translate operational, financial, and technical inputs into client-focused messaging
• Ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across all proposal sections
• Lead review, editing, and final quality control prior to submission

Cross-Functional Coordination  

• Coordinate inputs from Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, and SMEs
• Facilitate working sessions to align messaging, solutioning, and deliverables
• Ensure clarity of roles, timelines, and expectations across all contributors
• Act as a central point of coordination throughout the proposal lifecycle

Project Management & Execution 

• Own proposal timelines, milestones, and submission schedules
• Track risks, dependencies, and outstanding actions
• Proactively escalate issues impacting quality or deadlines
• Maintain documentation, templates, and records in CRM and company platforms

Onboarding & Team Support 

• Support onboarding and ramp-up of new employees within the Proposals & Bids team
• Share best practices, tools, and methodologies to accelerate team effectiveness
• Contribute to knowledge transfer and capability building across the function

Continuous Improvement (CI) & Process Evolution 

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance proposal quality, efficiency, and win rates
• Support the evolution and standardization of tools, templates, and content libraries
• Participate in CI projects aimed at improving processes, collaboration, and scalability of the function
• Integrate lessons learned (win/loss insights) into future proposal strategies. 

  Tailor messaging to target industries and client needs across service areas including:

• Security Guard Services
• Mobile Patrol & Security
• Investigations & Risk Mitigation
• Parking Management Solutions
• Staffing & Recruitment Services  

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in proposal writing, RFP responses, or strategic commercial writing
• Experience in security, facilities services, infrastructure, construction, engineering, or complex B2B environments preferred
• Strong understanding of integrated solutions and operational delivery models
• Excellent written communication skills (English & French)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to operate effectively in cross-functional, matrixed environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM and proposal tools are an asset
