Senior Counsel for Securities and Compliance

- Conduct extensive legal research on market regulation
- Recommend legal strategies for policy development
- Collaborate nationwide on securities law application
- Draft legal memos detailing law and developments
- Directly engage industry stakeholders in discussions
- A law degree and membership in good standing with Alberta’s Law Society
- Minimum 10 years in relevant legal fields
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience in digital assets or fintech highly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
