Key Responsibilities:
- Lead geomorphology projects from proposal to completion
- Engage in business development and client relationship building
- Apply expertise in sediment transport and natural processes
- Guide restoration approaches for rivers and shorelines
- Provide technical direction on geo-environmental assessments
- Advanced degree in Physical Geography or related field
- Eligible as a Professional Geoscientist in British Columbia
- At least 15 years of consulting experience
- Deep expertise in coastal and fluvial processes
- Proven leadership and team development skills
