Experienced Branch Manager in Quebec

Join our team as an Experienced Branch Manager in Mirabel, QC. This role involves leading operations, focusing on team development and financial management in a bilingual setting. Our company is in search of a committed Branch Manager to oversee all branch functions including inventory control and customer relations. You will manage a team of around 15 operations staff, driving a culture that supports improvement and accountability. Fluency in both French and English is required for effective leadership. Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and develop branch personnel for success
- Manage daily operations and inventory efficiently
- Ensure a safe and productive service-oriented workplace
- Monitor financial performance and operational KPIs
- Cultivate strong ties with customers and stakeholders
- Over 10 years in leadership within branch operations
- Proven operational and financial management experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities
- Experience in Lean Operations or Six Sigma highly desired
- Bilingual in French and English essential
