Remote Talent Acquisition Partner Role

Contribute to Sapiens' growth as a remote Talent Acquisition Partner focused on SaaS Insurance products. Drive recruitment strategies and foster talent pipelines to enhance workforce quality. This contract position involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle while partnering with leadership across the organization. You’ll leverage your 5+ years of experience and 3+ years specializing in SaaS recruitment to source top candidates through innovative methods and advanced technologies. Your hands-on approach and keen understanding of hiring practices will ensure a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from outreach to negotiation
  • Build and nurture strong talent pipelines through thoughtful communication
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to provide hands-on recruitment support
  • Proactively source niche candidates using data-driven strategies
  • Operate within established ATS processes for compliance and efficiency
Requirements:
  • 5+ years recruiting experience in a global environment
  • 3+ years SaaS recruitment experience
  • Proven capability with data and AI tools
  • Strong understanding of US/Canada hiring laws
  • Experience with ATS, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
