Indigenous Participation Manager at Raytheon

Engage with Indigenous organizations and enhance community collaboration in project execution. This dynamic role is pivotal to managing the Indigenous Training and Development Program within the LVCTS project. You will focus on driving impactful Indigenous participation while collaborating with leadership, government, and communities across Canada. Your expertise will ensure the execution of the Indigenous Participation Plan, fostering innovation and continual engagement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement community-focused engagement programs
  • Coordinate vendor programs and strategic partnerships
  • Maintain a database of Indigenous-owned companies
  • Prepare and present reports on Indigenous benefits metrics
  • Guiding leadership on outreach and talent development
Requirements:
  • Minimum seven years in a similar role
  • Experience with First Nations and Indigenous organizations
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Asset: Project management experience with Canadian DND
