Experienced Client Implementation Specialist Needed

Join a customer-focused team as a Client Implementation Specialist, working hybrid from Westmount, Canada. Be the first point of contact ensuring a smooth HRIS onboarding journey for clients. This role involves managing the onboarding process for multiple clients simultaneously and ensuring their satisfaction from beginning to end. You will leverage your HR/Payroll knowledge to configure systems and address complex needs, facilitating the first payroll runs and subsequent training. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects and execute onboarding plans
  • Configure HRIS systems and create custom dashboards
  • Consult clients on payroll and HR solutions
  • Provide software training and run initial payrolls
  • Track and maintain real-time data accuracy in CRM
Requirements:
  • More than 3 years of industry experience
  • Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems
  • Strong time-management and analytical skills
