- Verify and assess contractor schedules for the proper use of activity coding structures, work breakdown structures (WBS), logic relationships, calendars, constraints, activity durations, critical path methodology, and overall schedule quality.
- Maintain schedule integrity and ensure compliance with project controls procedures, reporting requirements, and established scheduling best practices.
- Review and assess contractor and internal weekly look-ahead schedules to ensure alignment with the approved project schedule and upcoming construction activities.
- Coordinate with construction teams and contractors to identify potential schedule conflicts, interface issues, resource constraints, and other factors that may impact project delivery.
- Support schedule change management activities by evaluating schedule modifications resulting from design changes, scope revisions, unforeseen conditions, or construction impacts.
- Assist with the preparation and analysis of Time Impact Analyses (TIA), extension of time requests, schedule recovery plans, and delay assessments.
