Mobile Developer

A Toronto company has a job open for a Senior iOS Developer to architect and build their mobile e-commerce application. This startup is looking to open their office in Toronto and have this developer lead their team. The ideal candidate would have strong knowledge of Objective C and Xcode, and will collaborate closely with the product and design teams to drive this iOS application towards the company vision.

Desired Skills

• Working knowledge of REST API frameworks and underlying concepts
• Experience working with iOS performance tools and employing optimization techniques
• Experience working with applications that communicate with back-end servers

Qualifications

2+ years experience developing applications for the iOS platform using Objective-C.

Strong understanding of software engineering principles including an understanding of common design patterns.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
