Personal Assistant to Esports Commissioner (Entry Level Open)

Job Responsibility:

We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Commissioner of National Esports Tournament (NEST)— a multi-division company building Canada's leading esports infrastructure. You'll play a key role in ensuring the Commissioner can operate at peak efficiency across multiple divisions, strategic initiatives, and high-level meetings.

This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their career to gain direct exposure to executive-level operations in entertainment, esports, business development, and government relations. You'll be trusted with sensitive information, fast-moving tasks, and will need to thrive in a structured, high-performance environment.

? Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Commissioner's calendar, scheduling meetings, calls, and deadlines

• Prepare briefings, documents, and follow-ups for high-level meetings

• Track to-dos, reminders, and provide regular status updates

• Handle email triage and ensure communication follow-up is prioritized

• Support project tracking and ensure deadlines are visible and met

• Occasionally assist with personal tasks and coordination requests

• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times

Who We're Looking For:

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

• Strong communicator (both written and verbal)

• Comfortable with fast-paced, structured environments

• Eager to learn and take on more responsibility over time

• Proactive mindset — doesn't wait to be told what to do

• Tech-literate (Google Workspace, Discord, or similar)

• Interest in esports, entertainment, startups, or executive operations is a plus
