As a Recruitment Officer within the Faculty of Mathematics, you will take charge of international recruitment efforts with an emphasis on Asia. This full-time, temporary role requires the development of innovative strategies for student engagement, including conducting seminars, outreach activities, and building strong relationships with schools and partners. You will play a central role in promoting the values of the University and its mathematics programs. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement strategic recruitment plans for top mathematics students
• Facilitate virtual and face-to-face recruitment events worldwide
• Build partnerships with key secondary education institutions
• Oversee outreach efforts through CEMC activities and workshops
• Advise students and stakeholders on admissions and university policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree; Mathematics or Computer Science is a strong asset
• 3-5 years of relevant recruitment experience
• Demonstrated public speaking capability in English and Mandarin
• Familiarity with social media tools like WeChat is beneficial
• Extensive travel requirements, especially in Asia
