Continuous Improvement Engineering Specialist

Lead the continuous improvement initiatives at IMP as a Continuous Improvement Engineer. Utilize your expertise to enhance aircraft maintenance and manufacturing quality. As the Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will analyze business processes to identify meaningful opportunities across various domains including engineering and supply chain management. Your expertise in lean, six sigma, and project management will drive initiatives that document results and foster a culture of improvement throughout the organization. Collaboration with IT and cross-functional teams will be essential. Key Responsibilities:

• Review existing facilities and systems for improvements
• Utilize industrial engineering tools for analysis
• Coordinate change implementation activities efficiently
• Prepare training and documentation for all process changes
• Establish measurements to track the success of improvements

Requirements:

• Industrial Engineering degree or relevant experience
• Proficient in process improvement methods
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills
• Strong communication skills across all employee levels
