Mortgage Funding Specialist Position

• Verify solicitor entitlement and handle documentation
• Organize and check mortgage files thoroughly
• Communicate with solicitors regarding fund releases
• Follow up on outstanding conditions prior to closing
• Ensure adherence to AML and Quality Assurance policies

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated organizational skills and flexibility
• Industry-related experience is preferred
• Required completed post-secondary education
• Proficiency in PC software in a Windows environment
