Prepare construction cost estimate reports through design stagesManage estimating and cost planning activitiesApply value management and value engineering techniquesLead client and consultant interfaces throughout projectsResearch Canadian construction market conditions and published dataRequirements:
Five to ten years delivering construction cost servicesUniversity degree in quantity surveying or related fieldProfessional organization membership such as CIQS, RICS, or AACEExperience using CostX is an assetExperience with pre-construction and post-contract servicesBring construction estimating, cost planning, valuation, and client leadership experience to Turner & Townsend’s Canadian project portfolio.
