What You'll Be Doing

As part of our Bayshore team, you'll:

• Deliver quality men's haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services
• Consult with guests to understand their preferred styles
• Provide a friendly, professional experience that keeps guests coming back
• Recommend grooming products suited to each guest's needs
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation
• Collaborate with your teammates to keep the shop running smoothly
• Stay current with barbering trends, techniques, and products

What We're Looking For

We're looking for Barbers and Hairstylists who have:

• Ontario Hairstylist (332A) certification or registered apprenticeship
• Experience with men's haircuts, fades, and grooming services
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of current men's grooming styles and techniques
• A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
