The RoleAs Talent Acquisition Specialist – North America, you’ll manage full-cycle recruitment across our four North American locations: New York City (Tribeca & Upper East Side), Chicago, and Toronto.This is a hands-on and strategic role, responsible for balancing high-volume hiring for our operational teams with the recruitment of key leadership roles—ensuring every hire reflects AIRE’s standards of excellence, culture, and guest experience.Working closely with the Talent Lead – North America, you will help execute regional talent acquisition strategies, drive recruitment initiatives, and support workforce planning across all locations.
