We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our professional sales team, with a proven track record of territory management in Southwestern Ontario to the western Greater Toronto Area . In this key role, you will drive sales growth by providing tailored compressed air solutions to industry, building strong relationships, and offering expert guidance and training to enhance product adoption.  

WHAT YOU WILL DO  

  • Travel regularly within the territory (SW Ontario to western GTA) to meet with clients and potential partners, understand their needs, and present our compressed air solutions.  
  • Build long-term partnerships by providing expert guidance and reliable support.  
  • Support distributors in optimizing the performance, efficiency, and safety of their clients' compressed air systems.  
  • Train distributors on our range of innovative products, making joint calls with their representatives and managing this existing book of business with a focus on expanding product breath and sales programs.  
  • Contact end-users to evaluate compressed air use and technically advise on solutions.   
  • Represent Topring at industry events and trade shows, networking with key partners and identifying business opportunities.  

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING  

  • Solid B2B sales experience within industrial distribution networks.  
  • College diploma in business administration, a technical field, or equivalent experience.  
  • Knowledge of compressed air, pneumatics, or a strong willingness to learn.  
  • Strong sales skills, including communication, relationship management, and negotiation.  
  • Autonomy, proactiveness, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective time management.  
  • Ability to plan and organize activities strategically across the assigned territory.  
  • Fluency in English.  
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the territory.  
  • Important: Only candidates legally authorized to work in Canada will be considered.  

Although Topring’s head office is located in Granby, Quebec, you are expected to reside within the assigned territory—ideally in London, Ontario or nearby. Frequent travel within the territory (SW Ontario to western GTA) is required as part of your responsibilities. One in-person team meeting is held annually at our Granby office—a great opportunity to connect with colleagues. When not travelling, the role allows for working from home.  

WHO WILL YOU BE COLLABORATING WITH  

  • You will join our sales team of 14 people based across Quebec and Ontario, reporting to the Regional Sales Director based in Ontario.  
  • You will also collaborate with colleagues from various departments, including customer support, procurement, technical, administration, marketing, warehouse, and talent & culture. The Topring team is made up of 75 passionate and experienced people with complementary strengths and diverse interests.  
  • For this specific position, French skills are not required, as the customers you will be interacting with are based in Ontario, and your immediate colleagues are either bilingual or English-speaking. However, if you're ready to learn a few French words, that's a bonus! Who wouldn't want to impress their colleagues with a charming "Bonjour" now and then?

Nous sommes à la recherche d’ un·e conseiller.ère technique et commercial pour se joindre à notre équipe de vente professionnelle, possédant une expérience éprouvée en gestion de territoire dans le sud-ouest de l’Ontario jusqu’à l’ouest de la région du Grand Toronto. Dans ce rôle clé, vous contribuerez à la croissance des ventes en proposant des solutions d’air comprimé adaptées à l’industrie, en établissant des relations solides et en fournissant des conseils d’expert ainsi que de la formation pour favoriser l’adoption des produits.  

CE QUE VOUS FEREZ  

  • Voyager régulièrement dans le territoire du sud-ouest de l’Ontario jusqu’à l’ouest de la région du Grand Toronto pour rencontrer des clients et des partenaires potentiels, comprendre leurs besoins et leur présenter nos solutions d’air comprimé.  
  • Établir des partenariats à long terme en offrant des conseils d’expert et un soutien fiable.  
  • Aider les distributeurs à optimiser les performances, l'efficacité et la sécurité des systèmes d'air comprimé de leurs clients.  
  • Former les distributeurs sur notre gamme de produits innovants, effectuer des visites conjointes avec leurs représentants et gérer le portefeuille existant en mettant l'accent sur l'élargissement de l'offre de produits et des programmes de vente.  
  • Contacter les utilisateurs finaux pour évaluer leur utilisation de l'air comprimé et leur fournir des conseils techniques sur les solutions adaptées.  
  • Représenter Topring lors d’événements industriels et de salons professionnels, en réseautant avec les acteurs clés et en identifiant des opportunités d’affaires.  

CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS  

  • Solide expérience en vente B2B au sein de réseaux de distribution industrielle.  
  • Diplôme collégial en administration, dans un domaine technique, ou expérience équivalente.  
  • Connaissance des systèmes d’air comprimé et de la pneumatique ou une forte volonté à l’apprendre.  
  • Excellentes compétences en vente, incluant la communication, la gestion des relations et la négociation.  
  • Autonomie, proactivité, solides aptitudes en résolution de problèmes et gestion efficace du temps.  
  • Capacité à planifier et organiser stratégiquement les activités sur le territoire assigné.  
  • Excellent maîtrise de l’anglais.  
  • Permis de conduire valide et capacité à voyager régulièrement dans le territoire.  
  • Important : Seules les personnes légalement autorisées à travailler au Canada seront considérées dans le processus de recrutement.  

Bien que notre bureau soit basé à Granby, au Québec, vous devez résider dans le territoire assigné — idéalement à London, ON, ou dans les environs. Des déplacements fréquents sont requis dans le cadre de vos fonctions, avec une réunion d'équipe en personne par an dans nos bureaux à Granby, une excellente occasion de renforcer les liens avec tout le monde. Lorsque vous ne voyagez pas, le télétravail est possible.  

AVEC QUI VOUS TRAVAILLEREZ  

  • Vous rejoindrez notre équipe de vente composée de 14 personnes basées à travers le Québec et l’Ontario et vous relèverez du Directeur régional des ventes, basé en Ontario.  
  • Vous collaborerez aussi avec des collègues de divers départements, dont le service client, les ventes, le technique, l’administration, le marketing, l’entrepôt et talent et culture. L’équipe Topring est composée de 75 personnes passionnées et expérimentées, avec des forces complémentaires et des intérêts distincts.  
  • Pour ce poste spécifique, la connaissance du français n’est pas requise car les clients avec lesquels vous interagirez sont basés en Ontario, et vos collègues immédiats sont soit bilingues, soit anglophones. Cependant, si vous êtes prêt à apprendre quelques mots en français, c'est un bonus! Qui ne voudrait pas impressionner ses collègues avec un charmant « Bonjour » de temps en temps?
