YOU WILL ENJOY...

Operations

> Taking charge of coordinating meeting rooms (planning, managing setups/takedowns, and inspections).

> Being responsible for welcoming meeting room clients and ensuring that the venues and the day's proceedings meet their expectations.

> Being present during events to manage activities (welcoming clients, catering, and subcontractor arrivals).

> Managing inventory (items for our coffee breaks, beers, and wines).

> Coordinating guest room groups by planning arrivals and departures.

> Assisting the reception department as needed during low traffic periods (July and August) for meeting rooms and events.

> Providing breakfast support on special occasions according to peak times.

Others

> Working closely with the management team and supporting them in special assignments.
