Rejoignez MDA Space comme Analyste Paie et jouez un rôle clé dans le traitement de la paie. Ce poste demande un savoir-faire essentiel pour gérer la paie de nombreux employés au Canada. En tant qu'Analyste de la Paie, vous serez responsable de l'intégralité du cycle de paie bimensuel ainsi que de la gestion des bénéfices des employés. Ce rôle exige de la rigueur dans les calculs de paie et une connaissance approfondie des lois en vigueur. Votre efficacité contribuera au bon fonctionnement de l’équipe de la paie et des finances. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the complete bi-weekly payroll process
- Process all year-end payroll forms accurately
- Manage employee onboarding and termination tasks
- Respond to payroll inquiries with clarity
- Record-keeping for audits and employee files
- Completion of high school and certified payroll specialization
- At least 3 years in a computerized payroll environment
- French language proficiency required
- Familiarity with payroll methods and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
