What You'll Be Doing
- Own and evolve product content across customer-facing web and mobile experience
- Create clear, concise, and user-focused content that simplifies complex workflows and decision-making
- Translate financial, technical, and regulatory information into easy-to-understand languag
- e.Drive content strategy for new features, product enhancements, and customer experience initiative
- s.Ensure consistency across customer journeys, digital touchpoints, and transactional experience
- s.Develop and maintain voice, tone, and content standard
- s.Collaborate closely with Product, UX Design, Research, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance stakeholder
- s.Apply accessibility (WCAG) and plain-language best practices to all conten
- t.Participate in user research, usability testing, and content validation activitie
- s.Contribute to content governance frameworks, design systems, and content best practice
What You Bring
Required Experie
- nce2–5+ years of experience in Content Design, UX Writing, Content Strategy, or a related discipli
- ne.Proven experience creating content for digital products and customer-facing experienc
- es.Strong portfolio demonstrating product-focused content work, including workflows, user journeys, transactional experiences, and feature enhancemen
- ts.Exceptional ability to simplify complex concepts and processes for end use
- rs.Understanding of UX principles, content design methodologies, and accessibility standar
- ds.Experience working within Agile product tea
- ms.Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skil
