Define Capital Markets product strategy and roadmaps as a Senior Product Manager at Scotiabank, working onsite five days weekly in Toronto.This Director-level Senior Product Manager leads a significant product or complex business capability within Global Capital Markets Transformation. You will partner across business, operations, technology, data, and control functions. The mandate connects product discovery, investment prioritization, delivery, measurable outcomes, and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:
Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and investment prioritiesLead discovery and develop future-state business capabilitiesOwn backlogs, business cases, KPIs, and value targetsGuide Product Managers and Product Owners through deliveryCommunicate decisions, risks, and benefits to senior stakeholdersRequirements:
Undergraduate degree in a related disciplineEight or more years in Product Management or related fieldsExperience owning complex product strategies and roadmapsStrong Capital Markets and trade lifecycle understandingExperience with Agile delivery and senior stakeholder influenceLead Capital Markets transformation through product strategy, measurable outcomes, Agile delivery, and cross-functional leadership at Scotiabank.
